Meet the Brown’s - Local K9 Experts

Grace Brown

Office Manager & Trainer

Grace is a professional problem solver who loves helping people and their dogs. She enjoys helping clients understand their dog's behavior and find the right training solutions for their goals.

Grace competed with her late dog, Goose, in PSA and earned a PSA-PDC title before he passed away from a rare genetic disorder. She now competes in PSA with her dog, Juniper. Together, they earned their PSA-PDC and are currently working toward a PSA1 title. Her experience in dog sports gives her valuable knowledge that helps her support clients and their dogs.

Grace has worked with animals for many years, including training horses. Through this experience, she developed strong skills in reading body language, building trust, and communicating clearly. She understands how to create strong relationships between people and animals and how to make training easier to understand.

Whether she is helping clients in the office or supporting them throughout their training journey, Grace brings kindness, patience, and a thoughtful approach to every interaction. She is committed to helping families build confidence and enjoy life with their dogs.

Nick Brown

Trainer

Nick is a dedicated professional dog trainer and Certified PSA Decoy who is passionate about helping people and their dogs overcome challenges and build stronger relationships. He has earned both legs of his PSA2 title with his dog, Argos, and is currently working toward achieving a PSA3 title. His experience in competitive dog sports gives him valuable insight into training, behavior, and clear communication.

Nick specializes in complex behavior cases, including aggression and reactivity. He works closely with clients to create training plans that fit their goals and help them better understand their dogs. As a Certified AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluator and a NePoPo® Silver School Graduate, he brings a well rounded approach to both family dog and sport dog training.

Nick believes that every dog and owner can succeed with the right guidance, structure, and support. He is committed to helping clients build confidence, improve communication, and create lasting results. Whether he is working with an overly excitable family pet or a dog facing serious behavior challenges, his goal is to strengthen the bond between dogs and their owners while helping both achieve long term success.
